I left my laptop at Stratford Apple City for repair regarding

Truly disappointment by Apple store. I left my laptop at the Stratford Apple City on 6th June, 2024 for the laptop issues. It has already been 25 days but there is no progress on the issue. It still shows the process is on hold. Such a poor service from the store didn’t expect this. I am a student and I have University to attend. Its impacting my studies, I am unable to submit my assignments on time. I have reached to the customer service department and asked for the estimated amount of time that they need to fix my laptop issue but they said they have no any idea. Horrible service truly frustrated!
