macbook not recognising any bluetooth device

I tried to connect my headphones to my MacBook (not first time i connect it)

its wouldn't recognise it, i disconnected the device and tried to reconnect it, but the name wouldn't appear as recognised. I tried with multiple bluetooth devices, but still cannot any device via bluetooth to this laptop. The devices are not seen, i have restarted the device , turned on and off multiple times, still no success. Any other advice would be appreciated.

Is your Bluetooth hardware recognized by the system...? If not you have a hardware issue.

>(Option key)System Infomation>Hardware>Bluetooth

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
