On my iPhone 14 every morning my ringer volume is turned all the down and if I forget to increase the volume, I can’t hear any calls or texts or news updates or emails etc….can someone point me in the right direction so I can fix this problem?

What changes do you make to the phone in the evening....? This may be a clue.
Turn off Do Not Disturb - Apple Support
Allow or silence notifications for a Focus on iPhone
