Something must have changed. Today, I cannot view photos while describing them in Safari. I can't have Safari side-by-side with Photos. It's a huge nuisance. I hope someone can suggest a fix.

Oh, I had Safari in Full Screen and on exiting that I can view both windows simultaneously. Phew. I'll leave this Q&A up just in case it helps someone else who has made the same mistake.
