i I have a problem with apple not giving me any type of refund. I have spend thousands of dollars over the years and when I need a refund on a purchase that I made a mistake of they won’t even give me a refund for their amount of $24.99. There have been times when there has been a glitch in their system, where it has charged me, and I sent out a request showing proof they still deny me.
