Frozen keyboard not able to log in
Not able to log in due to keyboard not responding on screen my unit is only a year old
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

If you are using a wireless keyboard, then check the batteries in the keyboard and whether the keyboard is "on".
Connect a wired USB keyboard to see if that makes any difference. If already using a wired keyboard, then try another one.
