I just baught the architectural 3D software Sketchup 2024 by Trumble. I'm having a hard time getting it to work. It may be the internal built in grapgics card M2. the manufacture suggests GL.3 type GPU. Their custokmer support is laking.

Hi. The Model year is 2023 (Ithink0 Model3 AZ780. The macOS is Sanoma 14.5 The Apple chipset is M2.
I have loaded the software twice.
Evey time I try to open the app, it gives me this message:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties
This device is not authorized. Please sign out and sign back in to continue or enter a classic license.
Add Classic License".
