I got a message on my phone that said I have a virus and that it will eventually end of destroying my phone. How do I get rid of it on my iPhone 14?

Your phone does not have a virus.
Ignore and delete the message. It is scam that is trying to trick you into buying useless software that will do nothing except slow down your phone and drain your pocketbook.
You will see more messages like this. Ignore and delete them.
