is it possible to replace an apple watch se malfunctioning board with an apple watch 6's?

My Apple Watch SE won’t let me pair to a new iPhone as it doesn’t finish the installation of the new watch OS (fails every time).

can I use my functioning Apple Watch 6 board on the Apple Watch SE on and screen? (I prefer the SE silver case color and the screen is in better shape).
