Are there any video podcast apps that works on mac and iPad

I'm looking for a video podcast app that works on both my mac desktop (for recording episodes at home) and and also works on the iPad (for episodes I do on a location). I would also like the app to have a multi-camera capability where I can use the iPad, my current iPhone, and my old iPhone as cameras. Is there anything out there like that?

Mirror camera set up from iphone to macbook I am teaching a class and want to show students how/where to make the setting changes on their iphones. I wanted to be able to do it on my iphone, mirror it to my macbook and then project it so everyone can see it. Can I do that kind of mirroring of settings rather than a video or something from my iphone to mackbook?
