Apple Watch Mindfulness app not having certain features on my Series 7

I got a Apple Watch Series 7 in April. I got all of the new updates (Watch OS 10 and all of the added points to it). I noticed that there was a new "State of Mind" feature in the Mindfulness app. I was super excited to try it because I was always looking for an app that can help with anxiety attacks, and to cope with my messed up emotions. (Right now I'm using the calm app, because it has emergency relief and because it's the only one that works. But I want to switch because the software and the feel of it isn't perfect.) I went to try it but I only saw the "Reflect" and "Breathe" options. I checked to see if my watch was fully updated and it was. All of the people I know have it. But why not me? (Also I understand why I don't have fitness plus. I don't pay for the subscription, if that's the case) If anyone has the same problem or any fix to it, it be much appreciated.

I looked at both articles and it did say that there was a State of Mind feature. The first article didn't give me any info but the second one showed me Reflect and Breathe, but only talked briefly about State of Mind. "You can also use State of Mind to reflect on how you’re feeling," is what it said. Also in the first article, it didn't have any Mindfulness features that aren't available to the US. It actually didn't even talk about the mindfulness app at all.
I know its silly and weird to be asking for a feature for an app that no one likes, according to the reviews, but I just want my Apple Watch to be working properly. I also looked at this article of the "State of Mind":

The feature is there on my Apple Watch 7. Have you tried unpairing and re-pairing the watch?

I would add that articles in the trade press that say "this new feature is useful" get far fewer clicks than ones that bemoan the next horrible thing they think Apple has done.
