I'm thinking of switching Apple One from Apple to Verizon because Apple charges $38 a month and Verizon charges $30 AND includes Max, Hulu, Netflix and Disney.
If I do this, will my iCloud be wiped out and I'll have to start again or will everything just keep working like before?

Terminating Apple One will terminate everything Apple One provides, and will send your iCloud+ storage back to the default 5GB. All iCloud material contained in any additional storage will be lost.
