Ticketmaster app goes to black screen

When I try to open the Ticketmaster app on my iPhone 13 pro, it goes to a black screen so there is nothing I can do from there. I've removed and reinstalled the app and it's still going to black. All of my other apps are fine.

Ticketmaster App and website won't allow me to log in - on Iphone11 I tap on the Ticketmaster App. Click Sign in. It gives the message "Ticketmaster" wants to Use "ticketmaster.com". I click on Continue and get a blank screen. When I try to log in on the web - a message says your browsing activity has been paused I can sign in no problem on my laptop. I've contacted Ticketmaster and followed all their suggestions/ log off-on/ re add app/ block cookies/ don't use VPN etc/tried incognito/cleared browser history/tried on home wifi/ tried on my mobile data. Nothing works! Need to get access - as mobile tickets needed for gig Any suggestions please ?? thanks

App crashes with black screen issues on iPhone 14 Pro Max I got this iphone 14 pro max as a christmas present and recently got it activated. Only the problem is I can’t use my phone app because every time i open the app it’s just a black screen that kicks me out after a couple seconds. And settings>apps>phone freezes my settings after entirely. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
