Enable automatically personal hotspot using shortcuts

Hello!

I'm trying to create a shortcut that will show the personal hotspot SSID again.

When we go into Settings-->Personal Hotspot it automatically becomes visible for a short period of time, what we're looking to do is a shortcut that enables the hotspot, so that devices that know that network and have previously connected will connect

With this shortcut I could automate the connection to my personal hotspot in the car and give internet to the applications that by default use the car's data plan (OnStar).
