Lag in some animations, the animation when I slide to go back to de home screen, or when I open a lot of apps at de same time, in a brand new iphone 13 it shouldn’t happen this and sometimes the screen gets frozen, let me know if I’m the only one.

Until the next update, the best workarounds include making sure there's ample storage room on your device (keep the storage room about 20% open), and also reduce the amount of open apps.
