I bought a iPhone 14 Plus and it updated to new iOS and it keeps freezing and going back to the start when I try click United Kingdom on the select your country it won’t let me get past that part

If this iPhone 14 Pro was purchased used as seems likely, contact the seller.
If the seller is no longer available, or if this was a new purchase, and if factory reset doesn’t work, Contact Apple Support.
