How do I find and approve on my daughters phone pending request for notifications on Find my to allow me to see when she leaves or arrives at locations?
I took her phone to the location and did nothing but can’t find anywhere to accept the request.

Open Find My on her phone, tap People, then the +, Share My Location and choose your Apple ID. But note that she has the option of stopping sharing with you. That would require traditional parenting to fix the problem.
Go onto settings, click notifications then scroll slightly until you see find my. Turn the first switch (allow notifications) on, and then you can configure how she gets the notifications too
I am having the same issue. It's not how to approve pending requests to share location, it's, for example, if you want to get an automatic notification when your child leaves home, arrives at school, leaves school, arrives at home, in case the child forgets to text you every time they arrive safely. But the "notification" says pending request, and the other person, in this case my husband who is residing in another country, has approved it on his end, but it's still showing as pending. And we've deleted the notification, and tried it again several times. Every time he approves it, it still shows pending.
Notifications are turned on, and were already on.
How do I find and approve pending request for notifications of "Find my" on my daughter's iPhone ?
