We cannot answer, if it is safe to delete the photos, until we know for sure how they got onto your iPhone.

What do you mean by "family account"? Are you sharing an iCloud+ subscription with family Sharing? Then you might be seeing each others photos in the Shared Family album. Then it would help to turn off Shared Albums in the iCloud Settings for Photos on your iPhone and your Mac. Then you will no longer be seeing any Shared albums. The family shared album cannot be turned off individually.

You may also check, if the Shared Family iCloud Photos Library has become enabled. When someone is setting up the Shared iCloud Photos Library you should avoid the option that all photos will be shared to the Shared library right from the Camera. If the photos are in the Shared iCloud Photos Library your daughter should move the photos from the Shared library back to her personal library and turn off the automatic sharing.

What is this family account doing?

Is it being used in some way on your and your daughter's devices?

The only way photos get shared on devices belonging to different people is if you share an Apple ID.

There's simply no way this happens unless an Apple ID is being shared in some way and iCloud Photos was turned on.

As mentioned we can't say what will happen if you delete the photos unless we know how they got there.
