How to resolve Family Sharing subscription issues?

Please help :) thank you! I have created a family sharing account do we can share subscriptions like procreate, bazaart app and motion leap and video leap. This is for iPad Pro. However, settings shows ‘subscriptions : no shared subscriptions” now all these apps are asking my family member to pay for these apps.

If you're the Organizer, any app that you've purchased will be available to your family members. I am the organizer to my wife and 5 children. In their app store, it will not indicate that the app has been purchased and will just show 'Get'. Once you tap that, it will ask you to purchase the app. But once you double-tap the power button to purchase, it will state that "This app has already been purchased by your family member", or something along those lines.


I have never been charged for any paid apps that I've previously purchased on the other 6 iPads and iPhones. This is based on my experience, good luck.

I was referring to whatever method your device requires for you to confirm the purchase: so that's either double tapping the power button on the iPhones; resting your finger on the fingerprint sensor on the newer iPads; or the home button on the older tablets; etc.


But if the app has already been purchased, you will not be charged again when another family member goes into their app store to Get/Purchase the app.
