Why are Contact buttons greyed out on my iPhone 13?
All contacts buttons including (message,call,video,mail)buttons are greyed out they are hidden not able to select and use for every contact

I had a similar issue last night on my iPhone. Clearing the cashes fixed this. Perform what is provided on my user tip: Clear the Cache: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips.
