I got in the pool with my phone in my pocket for one quick second and when I got out of the pool the phone was fine nothing different but the next day the screen started to turn different colors with stripes I don’t know what I should do.

You should make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store and get an out of warranty replacement or just buy a new phone.
Liquid damage is not repairable.
My phone won’t text right and front camera wasn’t working for a day now it is. Phone is still having issues texting
