I dropped my iPhone 14 Pro Max into my pool whilst playing music on accident of course but only for like 3 seconds but now it’s stopped working I don’t know why or how.
If anyone could respond to this with a helpful answer that would be great.

Water damage is often fatal. I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar to let an expert run diagnostics and tell you if it can be repaired.

If you have Applecare Plus you get two accidental damages/incidents for the life of the warranty at reduced cost.
Install the mobile Apple Support app and contact Apple using that. You can then optionally allow Apple technicians to have direct access to diagnostic data from your device.
