Apple Music ‘ The network connection was lost.’
Hi,
my phone software is up to date. Unfortunately I’m unable to listen to music on Apple Music if I am not connected to the WiFi. Whenever I try to play a song that isn’t downloaded on my phone, I get an error saying “The network connection was lost.” Once I turn WiFi on, I am able to play any song. I tried re-downloading the app as well. That didn’t help.
