How to cancel and request a refund for accidental Zoom Subscription?

Accidentally purchased a 1 year zoom subscription and immediately cancelled and requested a refund. Apple has said it has approved my refund but I’ve read zoom doesn’t always allow refunds. Is it possible that I won’t get my refund still or once Apple approves it then it will eventually show up?
