Contact HP, as they now own that product line.


Based on previous reports around here, it doesn’t seem the Samsung printers are being actively updated, either.


You may need to replace it if HO can’t get it to work, given the last update for that printer listed at HP is five years and various macOS versions back.


If you do decide to replace, seriously consider selecting a printer with AirPrint support, as that avoids needing vendor drivers.
