lift object from background not working on some photos

The lift object from background feature is only working on some photos. Some photos work and others don’t. The outline doesn’t show up. I don’t understand why it is doing that, it’s frustrating. I wanted to isolate something from a photo to drop in procreate and it just won’t make the outline. While it does work on some other photos, it seems just random. I don’t know if there is a way to fix this. But if there is, I’d really appreciate someone helping me out with this or with an explanation as to why it is not working on some photos and is on others or what.

Photos has to recognize the object and be able to, in its "mind," separate it from the background in order to set it off for "lifting." It works pretty well for people. But many other "objects" just seem to be part of the background. The biggest problem with "Artificial Intelligence" is that it can't read our minds! (Or, hold it, maybe that's the best part!)

So this process is always going to work best for people and pets and stuff that people usually focus on. I don't think that we can depend on it working for things that we may see as distinct and important in this picture, but may not be usually seen so in other types of pictures.
