Error: A server with the specific host name could not be found (PicsArt)

I'm trying to log into PicsArt and I keep running into an error stating: "A server with the specific host name could not be found". I have obviously tried the usual troubleshooting methods and I know for a fact it is not hardware nor internet related because both are good.

Any REAL help would be much appreciated!
