How do I get my laptop back

Can someone help me get my laptop back? It's been stolen by the repair centre. They won't return it. It's only 6 months old.

Everything you attempted to do has been reasonable, but Apple does not get involved in accusations of theft or investigation into its circumstances.

If you have reason to believe your Mac has effectively been stolen, yours is a question for your local law enforcement agency. In any event we can't help you, and from what you describe neither can Apple. Contact law enforcement or consult an attorney.

"How do I get my laptop back: Thank you, yes I have logged into the status of my repair for 1.5 weeks and the status has remained unchanged. I've spoken to maybe 15 different people at Apple and all of them say they don't know what's happening and they don't know when I'll get my laptop back."

You are welcome.

Getting this to Come Through:

A. Chat with Apple:

So, if a phone call will not work, then chat with Apple Support. Make up a scenario other than this. Perhaps say, "My may will not boot". Sometimes, you bring up certain topics, and then Apple Support just blows you off, telling you to contact Apple Support. over-the-phone.

Setting Up the Chat Session:

  1. Go to: support.apple.com
  2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
  3. Select: Get Support
  4. Proceed from there as Necessary

B. Screenshare to Prove Something:

Consider performing a screensharing session on your iPhone, so they can see this firsthand, from your perspective. Use my User Tip: Screenshare your iPhone with the Camera App Enabled to Easily Converse Over-the-Phone with Apple Support - Apple Community

Did you Screenshare?:

If Apple can do nothing, then the can do nothing. But, I'm not more than curious if a screensharing session would help, as it has most certainly for me, when try to prove stolen devices by showing maps of sorts.
