Is the phone cooler safe to use or not because some people say it can cause condensation?

Why is my iPhone 13 showing a temperature warning after getting wet? My I phone 13 is claiming that its temperature is too nigh however it is not warm to the touch and has been in the fridge to "cool down" which hasn't worked. I have powered it off and left it charging for s hours+ which has made no change. Earlier, I did get it wet when showering but the warning didn't appear until 5 hours after. I noticed there was some condensation inside the back camera which has now disappeared but the warning hasn't. What is wrong and how do I fix it? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Plextone ex2 phone cooler but i am asking in general since i want to know its long term effects base on exp.
