I am not getting ecg option on health app

My 14 pro iPhone is up to date and my Apple Watch series 9 also updated but I am not getting ecg option on health app.Several times I tried ecg from watch but it says go to health app on your iPhone.But finding no ecg option on health app. Pls help me, Thanks.
