Audio cutting out and phone lagging

for the past month or so my iPhone 13 has been LAGGING. An app will freeze, I’ll try to exit it but can’t, and sometimes my phone won’t even turn off when I press the power button. Other times, I will open the camera to try and take picture, but when I click the shutter there is a significant delay between that and when the pictures come through. Not all of the time, but often. Additionally, about a week ago my audio started cutting out randomly. I thought it was just Facebook at first (it would be in and out during videos, and then lag sometimes), but it has recently started happening in other apps as well. I just want to listen to music in peace!! I have restarted and force-restarted my phone with no luck, and my software is up to date. Any help is appreciated!
