Can one Apple TV 4K serve multiple TVs in a household?

Thinking of going to tv streaming only. Does each tv in a household require it's own Apple TV 4K to stream? Or can one serve two or more tvs?

Don't understand exactly how the set up works. Know I can stream from laptop, iPhone, & iPad, but don't know how it works with the tvs. Have smart tvs, but older & probably not compatible with services like YouTube TV.
