SMTP Mail Server not connecting

Good morning, I have an iPhone 12 updated a week ago to 17.5.1 iCloud mail is working fine, other mail providers Google and a 3rd stopped working. Deleted both non-apple accounts, reboot, recreate accounts, neither working yet. Any other with similar tale or resolution? Does it just start working again soon for no apparent reason? Thanks

Google and what 3rd party...?

If this is a temporary SMTP server issue, simple try at a later date ...

Check SMTP server settings: Ensure that you have entered the correct SMTP server settings for Gmail. The SMTP server for Gmail is smtp.gmail.com and the port number is 465 or 587.
