How do I add Apple TV 4K to my iPhone based Apple remote?

I have purchased a second Apple TV and I want to connect it to a second tv in my home. How do i do that?

With a hdmi cable connected to the Apple TV and the tv.

Thank you Jonathan. I did connect it with an HDMI and plugged it in also. I see the welcome screen. I am trying to add it to my iphone based apple remote. Any experience in doing that?
