How to create a second page in Numbers on my iPad for the same project and create the same headings on multiple pages

I am starting to work on a project that requires I use Numbers, Excel, and WordPad. I would like to find some information about how to create a second page using Numbers for the same project? I would like to also find out how to create the same headings for the multiple pages? Could someone please help me?

To add a new sheet in Numbers for iPad, tap the “+” icon to the left of the 1st sheet title. To have the same headings in tables on different sheets, you’ll need to copy the headers from one table and paste them in another.

Numbers does not have "pages." Probably you mean sheets (tabs). If you want a new sheet that has a table with the same headings as the table on an existing sheet then you can do this:

    1. Tap the sheet name in a tab
    2. Tap 'Duplicate' in the bar that pops up.
