When I open an event in the original calendar of the iPhone and make an event by synchronizing the Google account, it does not give an option to add files only if I open an event on iCloud
Is there a way around it?

I'm not asking you what calendar app you're using. I was asking what the calendar file is linked to. And based on your screenshot, it's Google. If it's a Google calendar, you can't add an attachment in the Calendar app on your iPhone. You will need to use the Google Calendar app. As I explained above.

To the best of my knowledge it has always been that way. Once again, if you use Google Calendar, you can add the attachment. You don't have to use Google Calendar for anything else other than adding the attachment.
Your question is unclear. What calendar file are you using? Are you using Google? iCloud? Something else? You can only add an attachment to an event in the iCloud calendar file. If you need to add an attachment to an event pin a Google calendar file, you would need to use the Google Calendar app.
I use the built-in calendar on the iPhone, when when I open an event there is an option to choose a calendar and I choose Google, then the option to add files disappears for me, I will attach an example
