so I have stuff on I mac and mac book laptop can see all but when I am on my Tablet I cant see the info from past what can cause this ? I assume cause its out dated ?

Both your posts say "iPad 2" in the title, but your equipment line reads "iPad Air iOS 12." Those are not the same; an iPad 2 cannot run iOS 12.
So do you have two iPads or one?
Accurately indentifying your device gets you effective help here.Not doing so can get you very bad advice. This Apple article might help:
Identify your iPad model - Apple Support
if you go into settings->apps->calendar->calendar accouts->gmail
is calendars checkbox checked?
if it is then if it was me then I would try unchecking it and then force restart the ipad and go back in and check it again
