can't download app from app store
i am using OS 12.7.5 when ever i try to download any app from App store, but can't only need OS version this and that, what to do?

Not specific to Apple. You will find developers dropping support for older Windows versions as well. Same thing happens with Google devices in the Google Play store. With the fast paced world of software development, it will continue far into the future.
Developers who choose to reach that largest number of users will continue to support older versions. It is a choice every developer makes no matter what platform they are developing apps for.
