Sorry for the delay getting back here.
Are you required to use the Trusteer anti-virus software for work or school? If not, then I would suggest uninstalling it by following the developer's instructions. Anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac, plus these types of apps usually cause more problems than they solve since they interfere with the normal operation of macOS.
I notice that you may be running a bit low on memory which could possibly be causing the Mac to work a bit harder and performing some extra memory management as well which could be causing macOS to work a bit harder & prevent sleep.
When putting the laptop to sleep, make sure to disconnect all external devices prior to initiating sleep or power off especially if you plan to take the laptop elsewhere. Connecting or disconnecting devices can wake or power on a laptop. Even pressing any key on the keyboard or even touching the Trackpad can also wake & power on a laptop.
Try putting the laptop to sleep by choosing "Sleep" from the Apple menu instead of closing the Clamshell Lid. I suggest pressing the Caps Lock key so the Caps Lock LED is lit so when the laptop enters sleep the Caps Lock LED should go out. Does this make any difference?
