iPhone 13 pro max display suddenly turned to white. Unable to see anything on screen, but all pixels turned to extreme white. How to solve my issue. Without any physical damage or any liquefied or any small air crack/dent on the device, and suddenly it turned to white display.

Try a Forced Restart, but if it doesn't help, you may have a hardware failure and that would require a visit to your closest Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Forced restart also done and tried with all possible ways to restart, but didn't work. Handed over to service center and expecting positive response from apple support for exemption.
