what if my pencil pro kept attached on ipad for long time without use
I use pencil once in a while and it’s kept attached to the iPad …will it harm iPad or pencil any way?

Your Pencil will come to no harm whatsoever in being docked with the host iPad for an extended period - in fact, doing so will protect the Pencil's battery from damage.
While docked with your iPad, the Pencil's battery will be maintained at its optimal charge, drawing power from the iPad only when the battery requires charging. Setting aside an unused Pencil runs the risk of allowing the battery to fully discharge - and if allowed to remain in this state, the battery may fail and not recover.
