Does leaving the Apple Pencil Pro attached on ipad air damage the battery
Leaving the pencil pro attached on ipad air - does this harm/drain the batteries on either device?

Leaving the Apple Pencil attached to an iPad Air, that is not connected to power, will use the iPad's battery to stay charged ... so, eventually in this configuration, both the iPad's & Pencil's batteries will discharge.
... but does it damage either battery ... no.
This would be no different that AirPods & their charging case.
