Apparently when anyone tries to call me, it goes straight to voicemail. What’s going on with my phone? I am call out, text, etc., no problem.

Is Do Not Disturb turned on?
Have you ever installed one of the third-party spam call blockers? I installed one of those and it worked for months. Then the developer did an "update" and my phone started sending calls from my wife and mom to voicemail. I uninstalled the app but something got left behind and the behavior continued for weeks until a Verizon rep sorted it out.

Troubleshooting Calls Going Strait to Voicemail:
A. Whom to Contact:
Contact your Carrier, if calls are not going strait to voicemail. It may be an error in your SIM card, which is configured by a Carrier.
B. Calls: If you can't Make or Receive Calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
