Calls going straight to voicemail
People tell me my phone doesn’t work because when they call me, it goes straight to voicemail. What should I do?

There’s a setting for Silence Unknown Callers. Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > scroll down > Apps > Phone > scroll down > Silence Unknown Callers > off — if it is off, momentarily switch on and then off again.
