How do I get this option on iPad books?

I used to creat pdf books on iPad pages and this option appears in some books but not in others. I need this option please help.

PDF's Saved to Books app The Apple Support app recommends saving PDF's to the Books app , why is that ? I fail to understand the connection between the documents and a Books app .
