Why isn't my iPhone updating passwords?

Enable Keychain:

On your iPhone, enable iCloud Keychain in your iCloud Settings.  Go here: How to Turn On iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

New iCloud Sessions:

Log Out of all iCloud on all of your synced devices, and then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to resync?
