My July challenge is to set a move streak of at least 9 days. I’ve done over 100% for 5 days and yesterday achieved over 200%. It now shows that I have a streak of 0 days. It seems going over the 200% mark has not counted and has reset the streak. Is this a software issue? I’m on version 9.3.1 on my watch and 17.5.1 on my phone.

Which Apple Watch are you using? Updating to the latest watchOS might also solve some issues.

Closing the ring more than once does should not affect the count for your challenge.
Keep on closing the rings, eventually it will count the 9th time you close it.
As far as I remember I had a similar issue in the past. I kept on closing the ring, despite the wrong number of days, and after the final day it showed the correct number and the monthly challenge badge.
Thanks for those suggestions. Actually closing my move ring on day 7 reset the monthly challenge total back to 7. So strange!!
