let's assume that we have 4 members for that family sharing and we purchased for 200GB icloud services. So that means that 200GB iCloud will be devided into 4 equally within 4 members or that200GB provided to access for every member freely until 200GB or each member get 200GB?

If a 200GB iCloud plan is shared, every family member has access to the storage until the 200GB total is used. For example, one family member might use 150GB, another might use 30 GB, another 20 GB and none might be left for the 4th family member. It is first come, first served and there is no option to allocate it.
