iPhone 15 Pro Max restarts in Lock Screen

Hello, for the past few days i've been having an issue with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Whenever i lock the phone, after 1 minute it restarts itself, and keeps restarting. If i unlock it and use it, I encounter NO ISSUE at all. I tried restarting, hard resetting, restoring.

1. When I restored the iPhone the issue disappeared, but it reappeared after it finished downloading all my apps (which led me to the thought that there is an app causing this), so i started deleting apps 1 by 1, keeping only my bank, insta, whatsapp and spotify, but to no avail.
2. I want to try to shift restore the iPhone and don't restore from iCloud Backup (I dont mind getting back my apps and logging back in, the only thing I fear is that I will lose my Photos/Notes since i dont restore them and my iCloud Photo Library is off. This is a good question: If i restore my iPhone to factory settings and set it up as new with no back-up, will my photos get downloaded when i log into iCloud? What's the simplest way to get my photos and notes and contacts back without the other apps?
3. If i play music on Spotify in the background and it shows on the lock screen it doesn't restart....
4. I tried updating to 17.6 Beta but to no avail.
