Reinstalling photos app on MacBook Pro 2018 os sonoma
My photos app is unstable on my MacBook Pro 2018 despite the fact that it is using the updated OS Sonoma.
can I reinstall it please?

It's probably the library that is giving you trouble as the app is pretty well protected.
What problems are you having?
Have you tired launching the library with the Option+Command keys held down to repair the library?
Start a new library and see if you have problems with it.
If you do create a new admin account, log in and try a new library there. Report the results.
Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?

The Photos.app is a part of the system and installed by the system.You can only reinstall it by reinstalling macOS.
In what way is Photos unstable you getting error messages? If yes, what are the error messages?
